Version 23.4
For the Hubble version 23.4 release, the highlights your reporting teams benefit from include:
New location for updating profile options: Previously, the option to update profile settings was found in the Workspace Preferences setting. Version 23.4 moves the option to the sidebar of the homepage, providing users with easier access. Users can modify Profile settings to adjust the Time Zone, Locale, and Language settings from the sidebar preference setting.
Version 23.3
For the Hubble version 23.3 release, you get improved filter options that enhance the reporting experience on Hubble Web by allowing flexibility and streamlining results. Highlights include:
Sub and grand total options for the report experience page introduce two new checkboxes for the filter panel of the report experience page on Hubble web. The default settings for these choices come from the desktop settings.
- If these choices are already selected on the desktop, the report will display the totals added up to either the grand total or subtotal.
- Users can choose to check or uncheck these settings whenever they want, and they can generate PDFs based on their choices.
- In situations where there are no applicable columns to add up, certain reports might not offer the option for a grand total or subtotal.
New date and period toggle options: Hubble version 23.3 has also introduced the date and period toggle option for users. The default value for this GL filter is taken from the desktop settings, and users have the flexibility to modify this value on the web whenever they wish. This adjustment can then be used to generate PDFs as needed.
What’s Next for Hubble?
The ability to change Workspace Grid settings will be released in a future release. Until then, the preference setting is still located in the previous location (Old Hub) and can still be used to set the workspace grid settings.
