An employee survey, which formed the basis of the award, showed high levels of engagement and strong appreciation for insightsoftware’s company culture, including access to professional growth and career development opportunities.
The annual Best Place to Work award honors the top 50 companies in the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill area of North Carolina that foster a workplace where employees willingly go above and beyond, advocate for the organization and intend to remain at the company into the future. Winners are selected based on the results of an anonymous employee survey run by third-party employee engagement firm Quantum Workplace. The survey ranks employers in numerous categories that include communication and resources, individual needs, manager effectiveness, personal engagement, team dynamics and trust in leadership.
