While you explore job opportunities with our organization, we urge you to be cautious of recruitment scams in which fraudsters pretend to represent insightsoftware.

These fraudsters may invite applicants to participate in bogus interviews, ask them to fill out fabricated employment applications, and even issue fake offer letters, all with a goal to entice victims to pay money or divulge sensitive and/or personal information.

As you progress your job search, please find some pointers below to keep you and your information safe.

Potentially Dangerous Communications

  • Unsolicited communications from an individual or websites whose domain name is inconsistent with the actual business.
  • Correspondence from free e-mail accounts like Yahoo, Hotmail, or Gmail. Our recruiters will initiate communication with candidates via LinkedIn; however, employees will not solicit candidates through email addresses unassociated with insightsoftware.
  • Communications that do not include specific job information (or the job description is vague) and/or extend a job offer without conducting an interview.
  • Unsolicited communication where the recruiter claims to have seen your resume on a site with which you are not familiar.
  • Requests at the application phase for sensitive personal data or information (such as your national identification number, date of birth, social security number, national insurance number, bank account information, passport information, or any number appearing on identity documents).

  • insightsoftware will not utilize text interview options or video chat rooms (e.g., Google Hangouts) to conduct interviews.
  • insightsoftware will only use our company account on MS Teams. To verify that the MS Teams meeting invitation is truly from insightsoftware, check the email address of the sender to ensure the domain reads “@insightsoftware.com”.

  • insightsoftware will not request payments at any point during the hiring process.
  • Any payments made by insightsoftware will be from an official company account bearing the insightsoftware name. Do not trust checks from any other source.
  • Be wary of job opportunities from people you do not know and appear “too good to be true.”
