What ERPs does Reporting Intelligence support?
Reporting Intelligence supports Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (Cloud), Oracle Cloud ERP, NetSuite, and Infor FSM/M3. Additional ERPs are added on a rolling basis. If your ERP isn't listed, contact us and we'll let you know when support is available.
Is Reporting Intelligence available for on-premises ERP customers?
Not yet. On-premises ERP support is planned for Q4 2026. Until then, customers on on-premises deployments can use our Jet Reports or Spreadsheet Server products, which fully support those environments.
What are the Reporting Intelligence packages and what does each include?
1. Essential: includes Core Reporting (ERP Data Connection, Excel Desktop Add-in, and Lineos AI) plus Reports Center capabilities (Cloud Storage and Organization, Cloud Automation for scheduling, execution, and distribution, and Excel Online Add-in).
2. Professional: Everything in Essential, plus the Intelligence Layer — Rules (user-configured threshold monitoring) and Insights (autonomous pattern/anomaly detection) with 24/7 monitoring.
Are the AI Rules proactive or does the user have to set them up?
Rules are user-configured. You define the thresholds; the system monitors and notifies you when conditions are met. Insights are the autonomous capability — they surface patterns and anomalies without any user configuration. This distinction is important for setting the right expectations: Insights deliver value with zero setup, while Rules give users precise, customized control over what they want monitored.
Is my data secure?
Yes. AI capabilities in Reporting Intelligence only run on data you've explicitly shared, based on subsets from your worksheet. AI is not installed on the core system—it executes only on the data within the worksheet that's been shared to the platform.
