Advanced Payables Aging Reports
Knowing what you owe debtors and where you may be able to extend payments is vital to managing cash on hand. The Payables Invoice Aging (as of date) report definition allows you to determine outstanding invoices on a specific date for pre-defined aging buckets. We’ve also created two additional versions of this report for a daily and weekly view.
In a single interface, the data returned can be used to determine unpaid invoices by Supplier or Supplier Site. It is primarily used to report the number of days an invoice is overdue at a specific date in time.
The types of reports you can create include:
- Classical aging report with the pre-defined aging buckets as columns
- Listing of invoices not fully paid, grouped and sorted by Supplier Name, Supplier Site, Payment Terms, and other available attributes.
